Based on the approval and Decision of the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth of the Republic of Croatia, Prizma Elementary School operates in accordance with the Croatian National Curriculum and is authorized to issue public documents (certificates).
On this basis, we have developed an advanced program of additional science and creative content and, more importantly, adapted the learning approach to internationally adopted methods that make the material more understandable and closer to students. Students inclined to social, artistic or sports activities at Prizma receive the same support as those focused on science, because we encourage the holistic development of children's various interests .
At the heart of our work are the knowledge and skills that our students use to discover and develop their full potential . And upon graduating from elementary school, they continue as independent, proactive and motivated young people with solid knowledge, but also comprehensively developed competencies in the areas of learning, social relationships, attitudes and values.
Guided by the idea of focusing on knowledge and skills, we have carefully shaped the direction of Prizma School. We have emphasized the science and mathematics program with the aim of fostering problem-solving skills, creativity, critical thinking, and a spirit of inquiry - competencies that we consider crucial for success in a world of rapid change and the development of artificial intelligence.
Our professional and teaching team pays special attention to creating a positive and safe school environment , with an emphasis on preventing and deterring any form of peer violence. The development of socio-emotional skills, teamwork and cooperation is integrated into the educational system of Prizma Primary School, so that students can acquire knowledge and skills in a stable, friendly and stimulating environment.
